To provide students with an enhancing service where they can feel comfortable with asking questions, motivated to learn and not give up regardless of the obstacles in a positive and engaging way.

Mission & Vision

"When I first decided to come up with this idea, it started as a small spark. As someone who is interested in becoming a future education (professor) and working in the tutoring industry for the past 6 years. I find that children need a "safe space" where they can learn differently, ask all types of questions and get encouraging feedback. This is were during these crucial times during the pandemic, I came with the idea of offering my services for parents to assist their kids while we are going through this pandemic."- Darlene

Letter from Our Founder

Welcome!

My name is Darlene Martinez. I was born in Miami,Florida and currently reside in the area.

I currently received my A.A. in Secondary Teaching from Miami Dade College in May 2019.

I am currently working on getting my B.A in History: Social Science Education K-12 from Florida International University

All I can remember as a child is being fascinated by the idea teaching and always wanting to learn. I have tutored children in my hometown since I was 15. My first job ,at age 18, was at Owls Learning Academy as Head Assistant and Tutoring Supervisor. I taught children from Kindergarten to Grade 9th at the time.

My favorite subjects are History, Science and Math.

My concept to offering this service was to help bridge the gap in learning for students. Many students are having difficulties learning online without their teachers consistent ease of help and some need that additional "push" to learn. While majority of our teachers are trying to provide all means possible to help their students, they have a lot of students to attend virtually on a daily basis and spread themselves thin to accommodate their students needs. This reason being, why I decide to offer homework help and tutoring services online as well as offering safe and regulated in person tutoring sessions.

This service is a way to help our parents motivate and assist their children to reach the success line!

I am excited to be working with many of the students that have registered and also meeting with their parents as well.
